Under I.S 3218: 2013 commercial fire alarm systems should be serviced quarterly per annum. Under I.S 3217:2013 emergency lighting systems require 3 x half hour test and 1 x x 3 hour test annually. Under I.S. 291 fire extinguishers should be serviced annually.
